"W" = Wet, or A-OK to Steam Clean.

"S"  = Solvent, or Dry Cleaning only

Body oil traps dirt and soil on upholstery fabric, much like ring around the collar.  We use agents that break down the body oil first.  This way the soil can be released during the cleaning process.  This process is the difference between the “Uhg” factor and the “WOW” factor.
